About car rental
What do I need to rent a car?
You will need to present a valid ID, a valid driver’s license and a bank card. The card does not need to be the main driver’s card.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 years old and a minimum of 3 years driving experience is required.
Drivers under 24 years old must pay an additional insurance of 10€/day, up to a maximum of 50€.
Drivers over 75 years old must also pay this additional insurance.
Can I rent a car if I am under 25 years old?
Yes, as long as you are at least 21 years old, have 3 years of experience and pay the corresponding additional insurance.
Payments and warranty
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash payments (in this case, the amount must be exact).
Is a security deposit required?
We do not ask for a security deposit. We only ask you to leave a credit card number with expiration date as a guarantee to cover possible damages not included in the insurance.
Insurance and coverage
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes, at the end of the reservation, a mandatory insurance of 33€ will be added , without excess. This insurance covers most of the usual incidents.
Can I use my own insurance?
No, we do not accept external insurance. All rentals must include our mandatory insurance.
What is not covered by the insurance?
The insurance does not cover the following cases:
Lost or wet keys
Fines and penalties
Damage due to negligence or misuse of the vehicle
Damage to the underside of the car
Blowouts
Damage to the soft top of convertible vehicles (convertibles)
Fuel and mileage
What is your fuel policy?
We deliver the cars with a minimum of 1/4 tank. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. All our rentals include unlimited mileage.
Pickup and return
Can I return the car to another office?
Yes, we offer this option. It may have an additional cost depending on the place of delivery.
What happens if I am late returning the car?
We give 20 minutes of courtesy. If you are delayed more than this and you have not given prior notice, a surcharge of 50€ will be applied .
Additional drivers
Can I add another driver?
Yes, an additional driver can be added free of charge, as long as he/she is older than 23 years old.
If he/she is younger than 23 years old, he/she will have to pay for the additional insurance.
What do I do if the car breaks down or has an accident?
Call us immediately. All our cars have 24/7 roadside assistance.
Assistance and problems
What should I do in case of a fine?
Fines are the responsibility of the driver. We will notify you if we receive a post-rental penalty.
Airport delivery
Is the delivery at the airport at the same place?
Yes, we wait for you directly at the airport parking lot. We do not use courtesy buses or transfers: the delivery is made at the place of arrival.
